Alaska Energy Metals Corporation (AEMC) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its recent transaction to acquire a 100% interest in the 57-claim, 3,320-hectare Bambino nickel-copper-platinum group element property in Quebec. Under the Option Agreement, AEMC issued 150,000 common shares to the vendors, subject to a hold period until October 4, 2024. AEMC focuses on responsibly sourcing critical materials, aiming to become a significant supplier of energy-related metals in North America through its flagship Nikolai project in Alaska and the Angliers-Belleterre property in Quebec. VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Alaska Energy Metals Corporation (TSX-V: AEMC, OTCQB: AKEMF) (“AEMC” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the transaction announced on May 22, 2024. The Company has entered into an agreement (the “Option Agreement”), pursuant to which it will be granted an option to acquire a 100% interest in the 57-claim, 3,320-hectare Bambino nickel – copper platinum group element property located in the Temiscaming Region of western Quebec. Under the terms of the Option Agreement the Company has issued 150,000 common shares to the vendors. The shares are subject to a hold period and may not be traded before October 4, 2024.
