Cramer on Salesforce’s star power to raise awareness of Agentforce

Wall Street was mixed Monday, the day before Election Day. There’s also a two-day Fed meeting this week. The market expects an interest rate cut of 25 basis points on Thursday. We made good on promises Monday to buy more Advanced Micro Devices and CrowdStrike . The S & P Short Range Oscillator on Friday showed an oversold market for the second straight session. It was announced on Friday that Nvidia would replace rival Intel in the Dow . Jim Cramer said that’s not a reason to buy Nvidia because there’s not a lot of money indexed to the 30-stock average. Eli Lilly shares took a hit on promising data from a Viking Therapeutics ‘ trial on an oral weight loss drug. To be sure, Lilly is also working on a pill version of its GLP-1 obesity treatment. Recently rising bond yields were weaker Monday, helping our rate-cut plays Home Depot , Stanley Black & Decker and Best Buy . In his Sunday column, meanwhile, Jim Cramer looked at 11 earnings surprises , including a feeling that both presidential candidates would support solar. Club name Nextracker surged 9% on Monday after a nearly 25% post-earnings surge last week. Jim also said Amazon is his favorite stock of earnings season so far. Club name Salesforce got a big price target bump from Evercore ISI to $400 per share from $300. That implies an upside of 35% from Friday’s close of nearly $294. The analysts also kept their outperform buy rating on the stock. In a note to clients Sunday, Evercore said Agentforce, the company’s artificial intelligence agents, could help drive modest revenue reacceleration in calendar year 2025 and 2026. Jim said he’s encouraged that Saleforce’s go-to-market strategy on Agentforce will be a national ad campaign with Matthew McConaughey.
