Financial Executives International Announces 2025-2026 Board of Directors
Alice Jolla, CAO and CVP, Corporate Finance and Services of Microsoft Corporation to Serve as Board Chair
MORRISTOWN, N.J., July 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for CFOs, CAOs, and other senior-level finance leaders, announced today the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year, effective July 1, 2025.
Alice L. Jolla, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President of Corporate Finance and Services at Microsoft Corporation, will serve as the national Board Chair. Since joining FEI in 2011, she has been an active member of FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), serving as the Committee’s Chair from June 2023 until June 2025. Jolla began her Board service in 2017 as a Director.
Additional elected officers for the 2025-2026 fiscal year include:
- Vincent Greene, Automotive Controller of General Motors Company, will serve as the Association’s Vice-Chair. Since becoming a Member of FEI in 2008, Greene has participated on FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), Committee on Benefits Finance (CBF), and FEI’s Pension & Investment Committee. He was elected to the Board as a Director in 2021.
- Amie Thuener, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Alphabet Inc., will serve as the Association’s Secretary. Since joining FEI in 2013, Thuener has actively participated on FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), contributing to various subsets for the Committee, including the Leases Working Group, Software Capitalization Working Group, and SEC Subcommittee. She was elected to the Board as a Director in 2021 and most recently held the position of Treasurer.
- Nicholas Koutouras, Head of Finance for Wealth Management of U.S. Bank, will serve as the Association’s Treasurer. A member of FEI since 2010, he has held several leadership positions on the FEI Los Angeles Chapter Board starting in 2012, including serving as Chapter President. Koutouras was elected to the Board as a Director in 2022.
- Caroline Sullivan will serve as Immediate Past Chair. Since joining FEI in 2017, Sullivan, VP of Procurement and Real Estate of Elevance Health, has participated in the Committee on Finance & Information Technology (CFIT) and is currently chairing the Financial Accounting & Reporting Roundtable (FARR). She began her service on the Board as a Director in 2020.
